1. Pre-submission Checklist
Please confirm all items below:
- Topic within call-for-papers scope
- English paper following IOP JPCS guidelines
- Not published or under review elsewhere
- All authors agree and accept CC BY 4.0
- Similarity check passed (<15%)
- Clear figures and proper references
- Third-party permissions obtained if needed
- Corresponding author details are correct
⚠️ Important:
Full proceedings papers required; abstract-only ≤5%.
2. Submission Steps

Create account
Register on the submission system using the corresponding author email.

Enter metadata
Enter title, authors, abstract, keywords and topic category.

Upload paper
Upload the full PDF prepared according to the template.

Confirm submission
Review details, confirm submission and receive confirmation email.

Peer review
Double-anonymous review by 2–3 reviewers within 7–15 business days.

Final revision
Revise according to comments and upload the final version.
7
Registration & payment
Complete registration payment and receive an official invoice.
8
Submit to IOP
Organizers deliver accepted papers to IOP by 10 December 2026.

Peer review follows IOP Publishing policy.
